How does the monthly shop work?
Polish Pickup is a monthly pre-order event. The shop opens on the first Friday of every month at 11 AM EST and closes the following Monday at 11:59 PM EST.
When will my order ship?
Because we operate on a pre-order model, shipping typically begins 3 to 4 weeks after the shop closes. This allows our makers time to handcraft your unique items.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Yes! If you place multiple orders during the same weekend, our system will automatically combine them and refund any excess shipping charges once your labels are printed.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer flat-rate shipping to the United States and Canada. International customers can also use third-party forwarding services to receive their orders.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom, limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement.
Are the nail polishes 5-free?
The majority of our contributing brands offer 5-free, 10-free, or vegan formulas. Please check the individual product descriptions for specific ingredient details.
